Spring Check Up

Get ready for another camping season without the stress! Our professional, hassle-free RV service is 100% mobile, coming right to your home, storage area, or campground. We will thoroughly check all plumbing, electrical, propane and mechanical systems to ensure everything is functioning properly as well as test your breakaway and exterior DOT lights. Springs and wheel bearings are inspected and lubricated, and roof seals are inspected and fixed. You'll receive a detailed report of the work completed on your camper. Be sure to get on our annual list to have us perform this critical preventive maintenance task!

The Works - Turn Key multi step inspection.

price: $900

We open up your camper and get it ready using our comprehensive checklist.  This is intended to be a turnkey complete safety and function check of everything in and on your RV.  All you need to do is bring the food! We will inspect all systems and notify you if anything is in need of attention. (up to 6 hrs). All repairs needed will be brought to client's attention for approval before repairs are made and billed at $150/hr plus supplies.

  • Connect and test battery for 12VDC

  • Clean and treat battery terminals

  • Top off battery cells with distilled water (if lead acid)

  • Inspect power cord and apply dielectric grease

  • Conduct a water system inspection. Test static and residual water pressure at the source. Connect the hose, new filter(s) and pressure reducer (if needed). Inspect for leaks. Flush water lines.

  • Function test hot water: 12VDC, 120VAC, Propane, clean out burner assembly, flush out hot water tank (if applicable) Install new anode rod (if suburban). Test pressure relief valve. 

  • Ensure all water fixtures work as intended.

  • Sanitize water lines.

  • Test the propane system: Check tanks for condition and hydrostatic test date. Fill tanks (if needed, cost added to invoice). Ensure proper operating pressure. Test for leaks.

  • Inspect distribution box: tighten all terminals, vacuum out any debris.

  • Inspect slide(s): Extend slide, check for proper operation, assess condition seals and lubricate slide mechanisms (if applicable). Inspect for water leaks.

  •  Inspect Furnace: Vacuum accessible area without removing the furnace from the coach. Test for proper operation.

  • Test air conditioner: Clean the shroud, check for mud daubers, and remove nests if found. Clean the filter, evaporator, and condenser coils with hypoallergenic foam, and straighten cooling fins. Test the compressor voltage and capacitors for correct range of microfarads. Perform a Delta T test of the temperature and verify proper CFMs within the ducts.  Ensure proper operation.

  • Test the stove and oven for proper operation.

  • Test Refrigerator: Clean out vents, test 120VAC, 12VDC, propane.

  • Safety Test: Inspect smoke detector(s) for date and operation. Clean detector, install new battery and function test. Test CO and propane alarms. Inspect fire extinguisher for charge, and date.

  • Wash and inspect roof. Check sealant and provide recommendations is necessary (additional service)

  • Wash exterior of RV.

  • Clean Awning.

Basic Spring De-winterize and Check Up

price: $450

Get ready for the season! We’ll open up your RV and perform a thorough function test on all appliances, plumbing, and slides. Plus, we’ll conduct a visual roof check to ensure everything is in top shape. Your RV be ready for your adventures in no time! (up to 3 hrs).  All repairs needed will be brought to client's attention for approval before repairs are made and billed at $150/hr plus supplies.

  • Reinstall your battery

  • Connect to good shore power source

  • Verify proper voltage through distribution box.

  • Connect to water source

  • Flush hot water tank

  • Reinstall anode rod (if applicable)

  • Function test hot water tank / tankless

  • Inspect for any plumbing leaks

  • Flush and function test all plumbing and inspect all plumbing fixtures.

  • Function test furnace

  • Function test stove and oven

  • Function test Air Conditioner

  • Function test awning

  • Turn on refrigerator

  • Test smoke detectors, C/O and propane alarms.

  • Extend slide(s)

  • Blow clean the roof and inspect for possible leaks and status of sealant.

Inspect Road Components

price: $150

Looking for peace of mind while towing your RV? Our Certified RV Tech offers an add-on visual inspection to ensure everything is in top shape before hitting the road. Please note, this is not a state safety inspection and designed specifically for those who tow their RVs. It's the perfect service for those on the move, not required for stationary seasonal camps.  (1 hr.)

  • Inspect tires: check date, wear, and pressure. Fill as needed. Also check spare tire.

  • Inspect suspension: check for broken components, correct alignment, grease wet bolts (if applicable). Check wheel bearings.

  • Test emergency break away.

  • Test all exterior D.O.T. lights.
